She secured LLB and LL.M (specialization in mercantile Law) degree from Govt. Law College, Ernakulam and started career as a guest faculty in Govt.Law College, Ernakulam. She joined as a permanent faculty in Govt. Law College, Thrissur in 2004. She has been teaching subjects under business law and practical papers in the curriculum She has been awarded Ph.D in Media law from National University of Advanced Legal Studies (NUALS), Kochi. There are various national and International seminar presentations to her credit. She has authored several articles in various journals.
