She obtained her PhD in “Scope of scientific Investigation in Administration of Criminal Justice system “from National University of Advanced Legal Studies Kochi. She completed her LL.B. and LL.M. (Criminal Law) from Government Law College, Thrissur, and began her career as an Advocate in the Thrissur Bar. Later she worked as Legal Assistant in Government Law Secretariat in Thiruvananthapuram. Subsequently, she served as an Assistant Professor at Govt. Law College, Thrissur, and is currently holding the position of Associate Professor there. She is one of the Coordinators of Legal Services Clinic and ADR centre, Government Law College, Thrissur.
