Divya D.V, Assistant Professor in Law at Government Law College, Trissur. Divya has completed B.A. LL.B from Government Law College, Thiruvananthapuram, and LL.M (Constitutional and Administrative law) from the Department of Law, University of Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram. She secured Ph.D. with Junior Research Fellowship from Mahatma Gandhi University on the topic Tribal Rights vis-a-vis Development: A Critique of the Indian Legal System under the Guidance of Dr. V.R. Jayadevan in the year 2018. She has been worked as a faculty with CHRIST (Deemed to be University) Banglore for three years and joined as Assistant Professor in Law at Government Law College, Trissur in the year 2021.Her areas of interest include Constitutional Law, Labour and Industrial Law, Administrative Law, gender studies, Environmental Law, Animal Welfare Laws, Human Rights, Urban Development Law, Land Laws, Tribal rights, and Natural Resources Laws. She has published several research articles in reputed National and International Journals and has presented papers in various National and International conferences.
