Arunima Raj S. is an Assistant Professor of Business Administration at Government Law
College, Thrissur, Kerala, India. She is a passionate educator dedicated to fostering knowledge
and inspiring students through engaging and impactful teaching. She completed her MBA with
First Rank from the Institute of Management in Kerala, University of Kerala, Karyavattom
campus, with dual specializations in Operations and Marketing. Currently, she is pursuing her
Ph.D. at APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, where she continues to advance her
academic journey and contribute meaningfully to the research community.
Arunima has published several research articles in reputed national and international journals,
with a focus on contemporary issues in management, sustainability, and logistics
Beyond academics, she has a deep-rooted interest in the arts, which she seamlessly integrates
into her teaching and research, bringing a creative and interdisciplinary perspective to her work.
She believes in the transformative power of education and is actively involved in academic and
